Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing The Face & Body Clinic. We kindly request that you carefully review and agree to our booking terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment. When you place a booking, you are confirming that you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Appointment Arrival:
Plan to arrive 5 minutes early for all appointments to ensure punctuality and receive the full duration of the scheduled service.
In the event of lateness, the clinic reserves the right to adjust treatment times to avoid any delays for subsequent appointments.
Deposits & Cancellation Fees
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required for all our skin appointments. The deposit paid will be subtracted off your total treatment price. You may wish to keep this deposit on your account for future bookings.
We deeply value the time of each client, and we are dedicated to ensuring that your time is treated with the utmost respect. In adherence to our commitment to delivering the best possible experience for all our patients, we maintain a stringent 24-hour cancellation policy.Top of Form
For cancellations and “no show” of appointments within 24 hours, your booking fee will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. If you have a prepaid treatment and no deposit, a prepaid treatment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made via our online booking system or by phoning the clinic on 9084 7498. We do not accept cancellations via text or social media.
No Children in Clinic Policy
To ensure the safety of all clients and due to the use of medical-grade devices, we cannot accommodate children in the clinic.
We offer after-hours appointments until 8pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Payment Policy
We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and Cash. Payment for same-day treatments is due in full. We offer AfterPay and ZipPay on all purchases over $250.00.
Refund Policy
Product purchases are not refundable; please choose wisely.
Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, valid for 3 years from purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The cancellation policy applies to gift vouchers.
Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Individual treatment needs may lead to varying prices.
Shipping Policy
